We provide two ways to put TickerBerry on your BlackBerry®:
- Download and install TickerBerry from your phone
- Download and install TickerBerry from your computer
Please follow the instructions below to download and install TickerBerry on your BlackBerry® device.
From your Phone…
Download TickerBerry directly from your BlackBerry® using your communication providers data service and install
- Open your preferred browser on your BlackBerry® device and enter the download url you were provided on purchase completion. ***
- Follow the instructions provided.
- Open the TickerBerry App from the default download folder for new applications on your BlackBerry® device.
- When you reach the activation screen enter your license key. (license key provided on purchase completion)
- Click Activate.
- Enjoy!
From your Computer…
Download TickerBerry to your personal computer and use BlackBerry® Desktop Manager to install TickerBerry on your device
- Browse to the download link provided on completion of your purchase. Download a .zip folder containing TickerBerry. ***
- Save the .zip folder somewhere where you can easily find it.
- Unzip the compressed file folder somewhere you’ll remember.
- Open BlackBerry® Desktop Manager and connect your BlackBerry® device.
- Click the Application Loader button.
- Click the Add/Remove Programs button.
- Click the Browse button.
- Locate the files you unzipped from the .zip folder earlier. Select the TickerBerry.alx file and click the Open button.
- You will be returned to the Application Loader screen where TickerBerry should now be listed with Install under the action column. Click Next.
- A screen will appear that notifies you what actions will be taken with your BlackBerry®. It should indicate that TickerBerry will be added to your BlackBerry®. Click Finish.
- When the Device Manager indicates it’s finished loading, exit the BlackBerry® Device Manager and disconnect your BlackBerry®.
- On your BlackBerry® device, locate the TickerBerry application and open it.
- When you reach the activation screen enter your license key. (license key provided on purchase completion)
- Click Activate.
- Enjoy!
*** Download links will be available for unlimited downloads 24 hours from the time of purchase. After this time period, they will allow a maximum of 5 download attempts before they become inactive.
