1. What devices will KickBerry work on?

   Any BlackBerry device that runs BlackBerry® Device Software version 4.7 or higher will support KickBerry.

   How to check your operating system from your BlackBerry smartphone:

   • Click 'Options' from your BlackBerry smartphone
   • Select 'About', then click. Your BlackBerry smartphone operating system information will be displayed

2. Why should I use KickBerry? Can't I just use a paper, pen, and stopwatch?

   Why not? Its free and KickBerry takes the legwork out of keeping track of your session times while scrambling around trying to find something to write on.

3. How do I find the PIN for my BlackBerry device?

   From the main menu on your BlackBerry, choose the Options application. This is often indicated by the wrench icon. Choose Status from the list of available options. Your device's PIN will be listed there.

4. Can I use KickBerry for my next child, the one after, and so on?

   Yes! You can use KickBerry for as many babies as you plan to have. We plan to release new versions of KickBerry from time to time with more features and simpler interactions.

5. Is KickBerry reliable?

   KickBerry is designed to make your life easier, but it is no replacement for your doctor or midwife. KickBerry relies on the clock in your BlackBerry for marking the kick counts during your kick session. We've taken every reasonable step to make sure that the statistics KickBerry generates are accurate, according to the clock. If you have any question about your baby's health during pregnancy, you should contact your doctor or 911 immediately.

6. I don't understand how to use KickBerry. How do I get help?

7. What happens if I start a session by mistake?

   From the context menu (accessed by the BlackBerry button, to the left of your scroll wheel or pad), choose Stop Session (if the session is still running). Then open the context menu again and choose Clear History. You can also delete each individual session log by clicking on it and choosing delete.

8. I downloaded KickBerry. I can't find it. How do I run it?

   KickBerry will be in the default download folder for new applications on your BlackBerry device. Normally, this is the downloads folder, which you can access from the main menu.

9. What does a Kick Counter do?

   The session counter records the number of movements that your baby makes per hour. Sessions are automatically stopped once the hour is up. If you've reached the optimal number of movements (10), KickBerry will prompt you to ask whether you'd like to stop the session or continue.

   The Session Logs keep a record of all your previous sessions.

    KickBerry does NOT use your phones data service.
